Payment & Shipping

At the moment, we offer payment with :

• Visa, Mastercard or American Express via Stripe
• Paypal

We currently ship only to the European Union countries and to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway.

Shipping fees will be calculated during the checkout process, depending on your country and the size and weight of your order. All shipping prices includes VAT when applicable. Please note: for countries outside of the E.U., custom taxes and fees may apply. These fees are paid to the local carrier and customs and are not collected by Marj.

All orders will be prepared for shipping in the next 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday, exclusive of french bank holidays.)

The estimated delivery time depends on your country. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please be aware that delivery times might be affected during the holidays.

• Estimation of delivery time to France, Monaco, Belgium and Luxembourg : From 4 to 6 working days

• Estimation of delivery time to the rest of Western EU (the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany and Ireland) : From 5 to 8 working days

• Estimation of delivery time to other countries of the EU, and to Switzerland, the UK and Norway : From 6 to 12 working days. Please note : for countries outside of the EU, delivery time can be affected by customs and your delay in paying the custom fees and taxes mentioned above to the local carrier.

• Estimation of delivery time to France's overseas territories : From 10 to 20 working days
